- CCCarolingLibrarianNov 16, 20255.0I love this pharmacy. Most of the workers are just lovely—one even remembers me! They are amazing at getting my prescriptions in. I was driving all over looking for a hard to find prescription to no avail, but only this Osco was able to get it. Also, they were very tender and kind to me when I made a mistake when I retired and was left w/o insurance for 4 months. My husband and I recently switched all of our prescriptions to this Osco pharmacy because they are good people, reliable, and take good care of us—they are the best.
- JBJagruti BariaAug 18, 20241.0The Jewel Osco pharmacy staff is very inept. We have always had bad experience with Pharmacy needs. It’s never refilled on time even if you ask refill in advance. The recent incident was when I got an urgent approval on my son’s inhaler spray and I called in Osco pharmacy to confirm if they got it. The person I spoke to told me they should have ready in an hour. I got to pick it up and the staff tells me they do not have any prescriptions. I tell them I spoke to a staff member before coming and they tell me ‘She’s new’… I call the Dr to see if he can send it again and my Dr said he can talk to the pharmacist to make sure it comes in… but this male pharmacist on duty on 18th Aug 2024 - 4.45 pm is extremely rude… doesn’t take the call saying it’s closing time and I told them it’s your staff fault who told me to come pick it .. she should have confirmed with someone if she didn’t know how to check the system. OSCO Pharmacy is the worst… always have a bad experience !
