- KKKatie KarrMar 8, 20251.0I made an appointment on the phone.The doors were locked when I arrived.Lights were off. No one was there. I called five different numbers for 15 minutes. It would ring and then just drop the call. I finally got an agent after 15 minutes in the cold -they never sent me an email to confirm like they said, they would. I was totally stood up. I would stay away from an organization like this and definitely not trust my hearing health to this kind of a situation or run business.

I have not seen the same consultant since my first visit, my next visit is in May and considering going to different office. The office I've been going to is in Danada in Wheaton IL.

They kept hounding me by phone saying that they needed more demographics. They also insisted that I bring my spouse or significant other with me. How about following HIPAA policies?? Are you so audacious that you would assume that I have a significant other and demand that I bring them with me? I will never do business with this company. All they are is scammers out to get your information and bombard you with unneeded sales calls. They prey on the elderly.
