A rude woman with a tattoo on her neck interrogated me and asked where i had been previously picking up and why I hadn't filled in a few months. Then she whispered with the other woman pharmacist while i was standing a foot away and she said they were out of the medication. Never again. Stay away!

- LBLARRY BROYLESSep 13, 20191.0First of all, Jerry (pharmacist) is the best. Unfortunately he can't be there all of the time. Jerry was not here this day during this occurence. I went to refill my prescriptions (2 prescriptions that are not able to be called in) that I have been refilling at this pharmacy for many years. I waited for 45 minutes and finally I had to leave to pick up my daughter at school. That was fine but then I came back and I was told that they didn't have one of my medicines and I couldn't get it until Monday, it was Friday. That was fine I need to take this medicine and would run out by Monday but that was fine too. He rings up the one prescription that they would refill but then he wouldn't ring up 2 small boxes of cookies that I grabbed walking towards the pharmacy. 2 lousy small boxes of cookies. Not 10 things, not 15 things but 2 small boxes of cookies. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would have been beep, beep and done. That was 2 seconds over the scanner. It took longer for him to refuse to do it and instruct me to go to the long, long, long lines at the checkouts. If there is only 1 or 2 small things, Jerry and others would always just get it done. I'm stunned and upset. No cookies today! Simple customer service is a thing of the past!
