- SHShannon HornsteinJul 31, 20252.0I’ve had issues every time getting my prescriptions here. I used to go to the osco on Kirk rd. and this one is terrible compared to it. I’ve asked the pharmacy tech to please put my prescription on automatic refill and they never do it. He said he did but I never got notified that a script was ready in the time of need for a refill, or even a notification saying my script will be automatically refilled next time. I’m annoyed every time because my meds are never ready to pick up.

It's tomorrow at 7:40, almost 4 hours after they said it would be ready, and it's still going to take 10 minutes. Hmmm.... Looking for a new pharmacy! UPDATE: apparently there was some kind of mistake, but Rachel was awesome and more than made up for it... Changed from 1 star to 5.
