Club Pilates Wheaton is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I’ve been coming here since July and I’ve been using class pass until this month and now I booked directly through them. This is my favorite location and I love the classes. The only reason I knocked down on one star is the late policy for example I’ve been calling for over 10 minutes because my boss called me and I wasn’t able to get on the road to drive so I was eight minutes late, but I kept calling and calling and calling and nobody was answering so I show up and get turned away. That whole policy I found absolutely ridiculous . I mean things happen blizzards hit bosses call you car accidents I mean life is full of all these unexpected occurrences that can’t be avoided. So now I get charged a no-show fee when I’m already paying $200 a month honestly, I think the corporate needs to review that policy in general.

Here’s a polished, upbeat review you could use or adapt for Club Pilates:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I’ve been attending Club Pilates classes twice a week, and they’ve been such a positive addition to my routine. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always attentive to proper form, which has made me feel safe and supported—especially important since I’ve had to take a short break due to a back injury and working remotely. Even with those missed weeks, I can feel the difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and I love how they offer modifications so everyone can participate at their own level.

My experience with Club Pilates has overall been very good and I’ve become addicted to taking Pilates classes! I have the unlimited membership although Wheaton Is where I started and is my home studio. I originally started with just the four classes a month membership and before I knew it I upgraded to the unlimited! The Wheaton manager, Sydney, is on top of things and very friendly, responsive and accommodating. I like the variety of classes they offer and the progression of difficulty in the class options so that you have something to work towards. I think like any studio, you find the teachers that you click with and some that you don’t. They offer enough variety in class formats, teachers, and times so it’s easy to find something that fits your schedule and preferences. The format is contemporary while staying true to classical Pilates exercises, so I appreciate the blend. I feel much less achy and much stronger in less than 6 months of taking classes. Definitely recommend adding this into your movement/exercise routine and giving the Wheaton studio a try!

I initially signed up thinking I was paying for just one month, but later discovered it was actually a recurring membership.
I attended a few classes, but decided to stop after realizing that my physical limitations — which I had clearly explained beforehand — weren’t taken seriously.
When I tried to cancel, I was informed that I’d need to remain for at least three months to avoid a cancellation fee. I agreed to pay the fee since I had no other option, yet they continue to charge me every month despite my cancellation. Now they keep charging me every month, making things even harder since I need be in touch with my bank constantly trying to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist.
This experience feels very unfair and misleading. The terms were not clearly communicated upfront, and the ongoing billing has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, it has not been a positive experience.
