    The pandemic, and the recommendation of a friend, started MyTPWorkout committment. I've worked with Candace, a warm, enormously knowledgeable trainer who has "bent over backwards" to make the trainings, the relationship, the program work for me! I am indebted. Overall, I am clearly stronger for activities in my daily life. As an older adult, I supplement with walking several times a week and a bit of stretching/strengthening, but feeling that, what I call "noodly", physical sensation at the end of my session tells me every time that I'm challenging myself and giving myself a gift. Since joining the team at The Perfect Workout I have seen and felt my muscle mass increase, but the best part is my heart rate has improved as well.
