  Not all Jewel stores are the same. I think this is the local Flagship of JEWEL Stores in this area. The store is clean and organized. I wish they would get rid of the "Must buy 3 or 4" to get the special prices. I wish the scanning of Digital coupons was not NEEDED to get sales Just a ridiculous and unfair practice for humanity. Walking in.. you get that feeling of. " how are they going to rip me off today".. when you think your getting a product for a sale price , but it rings up a different price and the lines are long and people are waiting and the cashier acts like they can't change the price unless it's picked on the app and your stuck paying full price... anxiety! JESSICA AT THE SELF CHECK OUT IS A VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT EMPLOYEE. SHE HELPED ME MAKE SURE MY PURCHASES WERE ALL PRICED PER SALE AND DIGITAL COUPONS. She taught me a few ways to use the app and how to scan the products to make sure they were "digitally scanned" While She helped me, she continued to help other customers with their issues! She kept the lines moving and I left not feeling like I got got.

  The entire pharmacy staff was rude and disinterested in assisting anyone. It seems as if every employee is disgruntled and do not want to be working there.

  Was there tonight to get my daughter the flu shot. We let the tech know in the morning we'd be back in the evening after an event, and she mentioned there would be a shift change, but if we came back at that time, we should still be ok to get a vaccine. Upon arrival at 8:01pm and telling the pharmacist what we needed, we were met with unexpected hostility and rudeness. He immediately demanded to know who told us we could get a vaccine after shift change, and now he'd have to take time out of his job to help us. At that time, only ONE other customer walked up to purchase something, and he told us we'd have to wait. He completed his purchase in just a few minutes, and came back to tell us he didn't even know how to do "it". I then suggested, maybe we should go somewhere else then, and he clarified that he knew how to give a vaccine, but didn't know how to process the order in the computer. A woman working behind the counter came over after he asked her loudly, "were you the one who told them they could come back at this time?" When she said no (which she wasn't), he said, "I'm going to need to yell at someone.". At this point, my daughter was very nervous, as was I. We did not want him injecting her, and the RxTech must've sensed it, because she came over to us and took over the situation. I'm a newly converted Jewel customer (about a year in), and tell everyone what an amazing company they are and how they walk the walk with their mission and values. This pharmacist needs some professional development, and should be pulled from working with customers until he's had customer service training. I will not be going back to this Jewel/Osco.

  The drive thru option sucks here! You will be waiting for like 20+ minutes just for 2 cars ahead of you to clear up. What in the world?!? That is insane. People need their prescriptions and it should not be this hard.
