Usually I have no issues picking up. But the other day I showed up at 9:10 am just after they open. And the guy seemed so annoyed with me asking him to speak up multiple times. And annoyed when I asked him to explain something to me. I’m sorry but I am in fact completely deaf in one ear, literally. so I couldn’t hear him with how softly he spoke with the Mariano’s music in the background. I understand hating your job but yall just opened. It’s 9 am. It’s your job to explain things we don’t understand. Honestly put me in a bad mood, as I am literally deaf in one ear, 28 years old. And he was probably over 65 so you should understand what it’s like to be deaf.
