Teenagers taking up cable machines for 30 minutes, a lot of people don’t wipe down their machines so you’re more susceptible to ringworm or MRSA, and waayyyyy to much perfume/cologne on some people. Gross.

She is consistently positive, remembers members' names, and creates such an encouraging, judgment-free environment. She recently went above and beyond when I needed help finding resistance bands, even suggesting a new exercise. Her energy and helpfulness truly make this location shine. Highly recommended!

However, there is a significant issue with cleanliness. The toilets are very dirty, the showers are okay, but cleaning is poor overall. There’s always trash around, the elevator is dirty, and the carpets are not clean. Also, there’s often debris floating in the pool, and it’s rarely cleaned. Today, I even saw the cleaning lady mopping the floor and then using that same dirty water on the mats where people work
