I am aware that the Pharmacist knows my birth date when the Pharmacist looks at my profile. What blew me away is the Pharmacist said "Happy Birthday Camellia!!! That's Excellent customer service. The Pharmacist did not have to take the time to acknowledge my birthday. Kudos to the Pharmacist!!!!

I switched to Jewel because CVS and Walgreens are an expensive mess that often have lines wrapped around the store, and the CVS even handed me someone else's pills one day. I just got tired of the high prices, staffing issues, store closures, and unprofessionalism at the other pharmacies. I can't for the life of me figure out how they lose money selling pills that sometimes cost thousands of dollars a bottle. Anyway, I've always had on time accurate prescriptions at lower cost at Jewel-Osco and their staff is friendly.
