I explained to him the bad experience I had at another location, and instead of brushing it off, he actually took the time to listen and understand what happened. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making things right. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and values his customers. Because of Chris, this location has definitely earned my business from now on. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for him!
