( they NEVER called) Finally I called corporate but nothing changed, and the frame my lenses were in were no longer in stock according to the store manager. I went close to a year looking through spots! By that time my eye prescription changed. Lenscrafters told me to choose a new frame, anything less than what I paid would NOT be refunded and they refused to replace it with my new eye prescription So, they’re making me a new pair with my old prescription which is totally useless to me! I asked the manager to call corporate while I was there to try and finally resolve this but she refused. Let’s see how long it takes for them to call when my glasses are ready!!!

I appreciate that as somebody who loves to buy but hates to be sold. Also, LensCrafters at the Hawthorne Mall has a better selection of glasses than most. As Arnold said, “I’ll be back.”
