  Great office one of the best in Vernon hills. I have 3 children the youngest will be next in line to visit!!!

  I love this place. My kid is scared of dentists, the beautiful receptionist at the front made my daughter feel very comfortable as well as the ortho. I highly recommend trying this place before you look anywhere else. 10/10

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND (dental side) !!!! The staff is amazing and the people at the front desk were very helpful . The only con I have with the place is the KISOK !! It is a waste of time . We check in there then still have to go to the receptionist and still check in with them. I feel like it should be one or the other too much time wasted and the kids have to get back to school . I was just there with my youngest son and he puts up a fight everytime with sitting still and brushing teeth . The assistant was very calm and sweet and handled my baby with care . She was phenomenal my son hasn’t stopped talking about her and how he can’t wait to see her again . As long as she is there we will keep coming . She very sweet , she talks the kids through what she is about to do with them , she communicates over all , she makes them laugh and over all makes the feel comfort. I’m not sure about what her name was I have asked her and she told me I think the assistant name was Quinta or something like that. You will know who she is because she is very happy energetic and fun with the kids. As I was leaving I saw her interacting and talking having conversation with an older kid and he was smiling and laughing . That’s what make people want to come back !! Also , the dr was very nice over all 10/10 .

  To begin, this is the first negative review I have ever left on any place of business, that in itself should tell you as an interested customer to avoid this facility at all costs! We were told that our visit for my child was 100% covered by our dental insurance. Only care that was provided was an examination, no detailed cleaning or no special toothpastes or fluoride were used. Weeks later we receive our bill and only about half of the cost was covered by our insurance. The details of the bill were very vague and the receipt had little to no information explaining what was actually performed during my child's visit. Affiliated Dental Specialists claim that they "strive to create long lasting relationships and develop the trust of our pediatric patients and their families through gentleness and reassurance." We have tried to call the number they provide for this issue and they have not answered or returned our calls after multiple attempts. Finally, one of our multiple phone calls were answered, only to have a staff member deny what they said about our visit being 100% covered and to be rushed off the phone with no sense of customer service. We have tried to communicate properly to correct the mistakes that were made. My fellow military families and anyone looking for dental care, avoid this fraudulent place of business at all costs. This is not a business that supports families that wear and support the cloth of our nation.

  If you’re in the military, you might want to think twice before coming here. They’ll tell you the visit is covered—when it isn’t—and you end up paying the full price. I was told both over the phone and in person the day of our appointment that the visit would be covered under out‑of‑network benefits, yet I later received a bill for the entire amount. This office is misleading and riddled with inconsistencies. They rarely answer the phone for appointments or general inquiries, making it hard to reach anyone. Email is your best bet, but their odd office hours mean you’ll likely have a tough time getting a timely response. edit: they asked me to call and they never returned my previous voicemail nor email.
