- SDSuha DimonApr 8, 20261.0I needed a new pair of glasses so I went in for an exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. I priced out the exact frames and lenses. I needed online and took a screenshot of it and took it with me to the LensCrafters store. When they repriced the same pair with the lenses, I selected their price was 4 1/2 times higher than what I had priced online. When I asked why there’s such a big difference, the response was the online entity is a separate business than the stores. I despise these business models as they are fraudulent and extremely misleading. Do not go to LensCrafters for anything.
