  Firstly, they don’t answer the phone. I tried going in, because It said walk ins available and was helped by no one. I stood there patiently, everyone walked past without a care. I tried downloading the app, looking on the website to book an appointment but I was not able to. I wouldn’t want to trust people who cannot even simply greet you, with helping you donate to those in need.

  People are very professional would prefer over any other local donors places better experience fyi good for keep red blood cells in order for ftms who struggle with cell count

  I have been coming here for 3 months and have loved the staff. But today I have lost all respect for this company not staff but company. I brought my 28 year old daughter whom is Autistic with learning disabilities. Bc of those she is unable to read. Staff informed us that she can not donate bc she can't read. CSL Plasma was very helpful when she went there. They helped with the initial paperwork and then read the questions to her. I'm sorry but I feel like this is a gross example of DISCRIMINATION against a person with disabilities. Is this what you do to blind people. Even the staff member we talked to agreed this is bullshit!!!

  KED PLASMA is a place of peaceful donation with an great, clean facility, friendly staff with a good ambience! Bridget, Miranda, Christina & Sherene' are awesome!!!
