- EXEva Xo1 day ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at Target Optical today. I scheduled an appointment for a simple eye exam, something I’ve done there in previous years without any issues. However, this time the staff member insisted that I couldn’t proceed with just a basic eye exam and tried to pressure me into getting an additional exam that I neither wanted nor needed. I clearly explained that I was only there for a standard eye exam and did not want to pay for any extra services, but she continued to push, saying it wasn’t an option. Because of this, I wasn’t able to complete my appointment at all. This ended up being a complete waste of my day off, not to mention the time and money spent on gas to get there. It’s very disappointing that something that used to be simple and straightforward has now become complicated and feels more like a sales push than a healthcare service. I won’t be returning after this experience

It was something about her aura that gravitated me into the optical center anyway and I’m glad I did. Not only did I meet a wonderful but, I’m excited about my new glasses as well
