Can’t believe how hard it is to verify an insurance to a new patient and it was only me who was there, not busy at all. Please have somebody else or you will not get customers. I ended up cancelling my appointment. All clients should be treated properly. 0/10 customer service experience.

But then you meet the wild beast up front words can’t describe how rude this person was me and my wife asked simple questions but that thing kept looking at us like we were dumb we stayed polite and it kept having attitude. Tried to switch up at the end after we paid all this money but you could tell it didn’t care at all about the people.
