  Incredibly horrible service at the Taylorville office. My husband got hearing aids when this company was owned by Mr. Bettis and was assured they would submit everything to insurance for him to receive reimbursement. The business has now been sold to miracle ear and the lady that works in the office told my husband it wasn't her job to do any of this. She submitted the claim to his primary insurance for a denial but she did not follow up whatsoever . We had to call multiple times to get the information. Once we got the information she claims it's not her job to submit it to the secondary insurance. She told us we needed to figure it out. So we called the secondary insurance who indicated it was completely the responsibility of the office to submit the proper paperwork as we would not have such information. We called miracle air back and asked for the paperwork to be forwarded and she foolishly sent us the purchase agreement which does not have any of the required information to submit for reimbursement and now she's not answering the phone. We will never go back to this place and we recommend everyone else steer clear
