Ashley. ashley is very professional and makes sure you are happy with your hearing before you leave the office. Jackie the receptionist is always friendly and courteous. I have walked in a few times [un-anounced}, with minor problems with my hearing aids, and Jackie has always taken care of the problem while I am there instead of making an appointment for a later time. Thank you Ashley and Jackie.
