Previously used Jewel- Osco on route 30 Oswego. They have gone downhill like Walgreens.Where did all the good pharmacists and techs go? Have given them 3 chances to fill scripts and have been told they are ordering my meds for next day and then have been told they never come in after I am there at night to pick up. Where is the decency to call and tell me? Even their texts don’t update leading you to believe they are ready. Two days later I could have called around to other places who had it in stock. No apologies just excuses. When you are sick you need your meds. Maybe they could learn decency from Sugar Grove!

I was shopping for a gift for a friend and cashier accidently rang it twice with scanner. She was so sweet and apologetic but he was not he was extremely rude and made it like I was an inconvenience and in the wrong. He did not even know the special pricing going on in the store. It was like he was not going to refund me. He was so rude and not right for our town store.
