  I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding multiple issues encountered with a recent pickup order. What began as a seemingly simple transaction quickly escalated into a frustrating series of events. Initially, my order, which was placed for same-day pickup, was unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute. The reason provided for this first cancellation was related to operational constraints concerning same-day order fulfillment. This abrupt cancellation caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I made the effort to reschedule the identical order for pickup on a different day, assuming the initial issue would have been addressed. However, to my astonishment and continued frustration, this rescheduled order was also subsequently cancelled without any prior notification or a clear, justifiable explanation. The recurrence of this problem, especially after attempting to cooperate by rescheduling, is unacceptable. This repeated failure to fulfill a confirmed pickup order, despite efforts to accommodate your system, reflects a significant breakdown in your service delivery. It has resulted in wasted time, repeated inconvenience, and a highly unsatisfactory customer experience. I urge you to investigate the root cause of these systemic cancellations and provide a clear explanation for what transpired. I also expect a definitive resolution to this matter and assurances that such issues will be prevented in the future.

  I transferred my family’s Rx’s around November of 2022 after being with Walgreens for many many years. I am so sorry that our family did not go to Jewel/Osco much sooner in life. The customer service is always excellent you can always talk to a real person over the phone from within the pharmacy , your scripts are filled in a reasonable amount of time, our family truly appreciates all the employees of Jewel/Osco pharmacy of stickney Illinois. You guys are the best. Thank you for your hard work and always excellent customer service ..
