- YBYSN BreezyJul 31, 20251.0I’d love to say Daniel and Lauren are the most amazing staff members that PF has. I understand planet fitness is for more of the newer people getting into lifting. I’m an experienced lifter of color and I’m decently bigger because I’ve gone from fat to fit..but everytime I walk into the gym instead of getting smiles and greetings, I get snobby looks ignorance from the staff. As I walk around the gym all I can feel are eyes on me because I’m a bigger guy of color. Every time I see someone else my size they always get the basic friendly treatment, but when it come to me I don’t feel that same typa of “friendliness” from everyone…ever since the old GM left nothing has been the same. Staff has been more rude and acting like they don’t want to be here, gym isn’t held as uptight, and the environment has become very uncomfortable.
