  I enjoyed the classes, but I had a really frustrating experience trying to cancel. I paused my membership due to work schedule changes and was surprised when they kept trying to charge my card and then told me I owed $200 to cancel. When I called, the staff wasn’t very understanding. Just be aware of their billing policies before signing up. as a teacher, my schedule has been filled up. I tried to cancel and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said I shouldn’t have froze my account and just cancel it nowhere in the policy. Does it say before you cancel you have to pay $200. It says you can cancel at any time. I haven’t used any of the credits this month at all. I would be very careful about using this company. very money, hungry people very pushy about picking up extra classes paying more trying to get personal training, aggressive phone calls about joining club Pilates or aggressive phone calls about paying bills charging my credit card every single day. oh yeah, I am threatening to send it to collections over a small bill of $200 and saying I owe it even though I haven’t used the company at all this month Yikes!!

  Tried an intro class today and it was amazing. I was concerned I’d fall off the machine before I arrived but I really appreciated the instructors help in getting my positions right and I didn’t fall once. I already recommended the class to my sister.

  Gabriel is a wonderful Instructor.She doesn’t judge us. Her energy gives me reason to keep going in the class. I love her class!!!

  There are plenty of options of places to work out around here but the difference with Club Pilates in St. Charles is the top notch instructors that work there. I'm a person dealing with injuries, I only want to go to classes where I feel in safe hands. Working with Donna and Karen I KNOW I can trust them. They are experts in their field and their knowledge of fitness far exceeds pilates reformer. They know how to help you move! A good instructor knows how to adjust and modify according to your needs. As a result, you feel included throughout class. Just because you may not be up for all of the movements, you are given options that will best suit you as you build towards greater physical health on your personal development journey. I just started back here a few weeks ago after a long break. I was nervous and knew I had to ease myself back in. Donna and Karens classes are so fun, energetic and just the right balance of tough love and gentle encouragement. They believe in you, they listen and you know you are on their radar. I leave every classes totally motivated for the day. Thank you both so much fo encouraging me! It means a lot. If you are considering trying Club Pilates in St. Charles, I highly recommend you give it a try. You will be in great hands.
