- NHNatasha HurleyFeb 25, 20241.0Scam! My mother had a horrible experience here. She tested their hearing aids they have everyone try in store and could hear wonderfully. The hearing aids she received were not the same quality. Too much background noise, beeping, stop working completely. She’s gone back in multiple times and they are dismissive and give her the run around. Told her to wait 90 days to adjust to them but only allow 30 days for a refund. Gave her a spiel about dementia. She asked an ENT and they said that’s not true. They are not professionals, just sales people. John is the worst in there. He doesn’t listen at all. Please look up Miracle Ear on the BBB site before going here. Shady practices!
