  The staff was well trained and professional. They moved quickly and communicated with me every step of the way. Best facility in town! You might wait a little, but its only because everyone in town comes to this one. Worth it for the service. The lady that did my intake was so nice!

  I been on Kedplasma since 2 years. It was good place and nice staff know who I am that I am Deaf. Don’t make funny of Deaf. Dead is not dumb. Deaf is smart and can read lip also don’t fear of Deaf just not going bit ya all. Haha just said.

  Compared to my last donor center ( Octaplasma ) KED has been amazing and get a 10.I understand as a donor that some times you may be an hour and sometimes a bit longer , but as long as the staff is strong it’s when you feel the difference. There’s always need for improvement within every establishment but as long as it’s worked on things get better.
