- RRruby the i rex4 days ago3.0The girls helping pick the glasses were great!!! But when we went back to pick up. It was only 2 ladys and they was helping someone else. I asked if the manager could come from the back to give us our glasses. She came up looked at us and shook her head no and said she wasn't going to help us. We waited almost 30 mins just to pick up. Once they was giving us our glasses it took 2 mins. I said to the lady where is your manager I said I'm not upset with you ladies but your manager was no professional or helpful at all. We was also there few days prior to get glasses for my other daughter's and the manager helped us that day. She was nice to us. But her employee tablet locked up and the manager got crappy with her. Saying to her idk what you want me to do. Only giving 3 stars cause the manager isn't nice to her employees or helpful when asked.
