Not to mention they Employees move in the parking lot constantly. Donât go to this Jewel Osco go to a different one. Try the one in Homewood.

Thereâs never a line, the staff answers the phone, theyâre very friendly and helpful! I could have eliminated all the headaches from Walgreens and came here sooner! Keep up the good work! 1âď¸ for the Deli counter! Why in the hell is everyone behind that counter mad, sad, frowning, dragging their feet, and rude??? This is my local grocery store and every time I go in there itâs the same horrible customer service behind that counter! I spoke to the deli manager today about a rude employee and she seemed mad and unconcerned! They are really making the store look bad!!
- FPFleeta PinesOct 5, 20231.0Got my flu shot there on Wednesday 2 members of the pharmacy staff very rude I completed my paperwork and didnât check what vaccine I was there for went and sat down in the chairs by the pharmacy I was overhead paged by this rude woman at the desk and she literally reamed me for not checking flu shot on the form as I was walking back to the counter I overheard the he lady and another staff member talking about me because I put the form down and sat down I guess they thought I was shopping I sat down because they were taking a long time and I have spine issues and needed to sit down first and last time I will get a vaccine from them very poor customer service I reported it to the pharmacist that gave me the vaccine.
