They did everything possible to ensure I was provided with top notch hearing aids that met my needs. They continue to maintain them so they are in excellent working condition. They go out of their way to ensure I am 100 percent satisfied.

- DMDana Martin-LangnerJan 28, 20231.0Warning! When looking for hearing aids avoid the Miracle Ear organization at all costs. In particular, the one at 329 S Randall Rd, South Elgin, Il. They do not help instruct on usage, they are rarely open and make it impossible to return. They charged me roughly $6500 and when I wanted to return the hearing aids they were on vacation, restricted office hours (down to one day per week), insisted the return be made to a specific person, Brett Walters(on vacation for the first two weeks) then only on a Tuesday. Then after driving daily from St Charles to their office in South Elgin, Il I finally forced a clerk to accept and sign that I retuned. Now they refuse to give me my refund insisting I did not return them with in the trial period, which as I have stated they made impossible. They are forcing me to take them to court. I can recommend the following hearing aid establishments, Hearing Lab Randall Road in Geneva, Hearing Life South Elgin, Hearing Lab in Geneva, and Geneva Hearing Services. These organizations are ethical, helpful, and above all returned my payments.
