They don't do research but rather have preconceived biased assumptions and profiling based on names and race. Unethical way of treating patients by choosing not to fill their medications with justification. My score is a zero.

I pronounced my name and this young lady continued to talk as if I did not do so. I asked her " Do you realized that you just mispronounced my name?" She replied, " Yeah!" And continued to talk as so to say and what about it! I have had it will this particular pharmacy. The store can be open, but the pharmacy section is not that's how I ended up having it delivered in the first place. I got tired of that. All it would have taken was for the young lady to acknowledge that she mispronounced my name to correct that, but she Chose not to and I choose not to spend my money there too.

They offer flu shots, trained professionals perform consultations in a private room, and have a very informative blood pressure machine. It not only tells you your blood pressure and heart rate, but also your weight, with an option to sign up top have your particular health information emailed to you via a 3rd party app. Another bonus is that this pharmacy offers a text program that informs you when your prescriptions are filled and how much the co-pay will be. Very convenient and helpful!
