I’ve been coming to this location for many years. I’d like to call out Mick for being so amazing and patient with me. I came in with a completely busted up pair of glasses and begged him to fix them. He tried for so long, and tried many different things. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix them, but he was so patient and determined to help me! He’s like this every time we go in! Thank you, Nick!

I had a great experience with the doctor at Pearl Vision—she was fantastic, and the initial exam was thorough. At first, I was happy with the service, and the staff helped me pick out glasses quickly. However, problems arose with my lenses. When I returned about a week later due to vision issues, the staff suggested it was just an adjustment period, which I understood. But even after trying in-store adjustments, they had to send my glasses back to the lab on January 2nd, even though I placed my order on December 12th, 2025.
They initially promised a 10-day turnaround for the new frames and lenses, but it’s now been nearly month with continuous delays. Each time I call, I’m told to wait another week. They also mentioned that if this new prescription doesn’t work, they’d revert me to my old prescription, but I had issues with that prescription in the first place. Now, it’s been nearly two months without proper glasses, and every attempt to cancel the order or get a refund is met with pushback.
In short, the doctor was wonderful, but the front staff and the overall service were extremely disappointing. I hope they improve their communication and service in the future.
Great service and professionals.
Great customer service and doctor was great describing everything
I have been to this location twice - once last year & once a few months ago. Everyone including Dr. Roshnee Patel were nice. The exam went fine last year, but wasn't quite thrilled with the result. Thought no matter as I could see well enough and scheduled this year again as it was the only location with appointments on the day I needed. My visit from this year, however, when I had the initial screen I could not see any of the letters. Dr. Patel seemed confused and tried to have me list off what I could see. Eventually we got to some I could see, but the times I couldn't see the letters -at all-, I was told to guess. In all my exams in the last 30+ years, I've never been told to guess. Prescription didn't end up getting changed much, if any, so obviously I had already decided I will never be returning to this location. What made me want to warn others, though, is my visit to the DMV where I nearly failed my eye exam. Only saved by wearing my very old prescription contact in 1 eye (as I had lost that contact). While I like my vision 20/10 or 20/15, the contact with what Dr. Patel came up with was not even 20/20. It's 20/40 at best. Never again.
