The workouts are always well-paced, challenging, and fun. The studio has a great atmosphere. It’s clean, organized, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Mecki, April, and Nannette — they’re all amazing instructors who each bring their own unique energy and teaching style. I always leave class feeling stronger, energized and accomplished. I’ve had two cesarean births and each time I look forward to building strength and improving my flexibility in such a supportive environment!

Each class is different but always a good balance of workouts the motivate and challenge you. I enjoy all of the instructors but need to shout out Ava, Mecki, & Nanette for always creating a positive and engaging atmosphere and Ivette for always having the best playlists 🤍🤍
