  Dr Lucas did 2 implants about 12 years ago. No problems with them and he did a wonderful job. I have since moved out of state about 2 1/2 hours away and needed to see a periodontist for a different tooth issue unrelated to implants. I chose to see him because I trust him implicitly. He is very thorough,gentle, and explains every option fully. His staff is very caring and friendly. It is well worth driving that distance to see someone you have so much faith in.

  I must first state that I didn’t want to go to the periodontist (who would), but if you have to go, I give my wholehearted recommendation to Dr. Hassan. He took time to listen to me, answer my questions, and truly understand what I need. Forever grateful. Thank you.💜

  Scared of going to the dentist? Yep! That's was ME. Allow me to change your mind. Upon entering the suite at North Shore Periodontics and Implantology, Ltd. A waiting room lined w several chairs and to the left a coffee cart w amenities. At the front desk you are greeted by two lovely ladies one of whom is Miriam. The office is brightly lit and there are quite a few dental suites. The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. There is no screaming coming from the back room. In fact, you just may hear giggling. Dr. Lucas is so kind and eases your worries. The smoothest tooth pulling I've ever had and the after care. He follows up w a personal call after hours. The nicest dental assistant Marlen. Up to date dental equipment w on the spot images that he goes over with you. There is no guessing. No slight of hand. Every appt afterwards has been just as pleasant as the first. Today I had the pleasure of having Monica, the dental hygenist work on me for a deep cleaning. I should have known better than to walk in w trepidation as this office has never done me wrong. As soon as we exchanged pleasantries I knew I was in great hands. She went over my medical and dental hx. Made sure I was comfortable and not sensitive. The hr long exam felt like 20 min. I laughed through the entire process. And kept smiling as I walked out the door. This office provides the best service and is very accommodating. Please come in for a cleaning and say Hi to the staff. I'm so happy I was referred here

  Dr Bressman is outstanding doctor! His professional expertise, his warm personality, exceptional care to do the best makes him stand out! I know him almost 30 years, thankful to him for saving my teeth with the minimal invasions. When he does gum surgery he explains every step and does it excellent, painless and successful for many years!

  It makes no sense to me how nobody leaves any reviews for Dr Lucas and team. They are the best. Dr Lucas is one of the few oral surgeons who knows how to use certain surgical techniques for better results and he does it with absolute class. I still need like 4 more surgeries on my gums… but for the 2 surgeries I have completed there have not been any problems at all. After the procedure he even gives you his phone number to text or call him directly with any problems or questions because he knows it can be slightly stressful and very annoying for the patient receiving a graft. If he’s not operating he responds within like 5 minutes or less. Skilled, caring, classy, and overall the man. Do yourself a favor and just see him for your gum problems. He’ll actually take care of you and so will his lovely team. Side note - he makes the procedure truly as painless as possible.
