  I had a bad experience of that location only from one person always Renee. She’s the pharmacist over there. Otherwise the rest of the employees there is no problem with them. I did receive deliveries. One of the medications were one month supply, which I always get it for three month supplies. I called the pharmacy and I said that is supposed to be for three month supply you guys did one month supply The person who answered my call, her name was Nancy. She was very nice very professional, and she said she will take care of it. She will reverse the. For one month and bill it for three month supply and send me the 120 table Rest next week in the delivery and I said OK and thank you very much. I hang up the phone after 10 minutes. I received a phone call and Renée was on the phone. She said she cannot do that. I have to wait one month for next month. They will bill for three month supply and I asked her why I already talked to Nancy and she said everything‘s been taken care of. She said well it has to go through me and I’m not gonna approve it. She was unprofessional yelling on the phone. It’s easy for me and for any customer we can always go to other pharmacies. There is Walgreen. there is CVS there is other pharmacies that we can fill our prescription I do not recommend to go to this pharmacy just because Of the service that will be provided by Renée, the pharmacy manager, and if the managers like that, I do not blame the employees
