The on call eye doctor was able to Loop me in on how my mom's results were and explained everything and then also printed out the hard copy for the results. The sales team indulged my daughter and showed her kid glasses
- MOMark Osing5 days ago5.0I was going to go to See to buy RayBan sunglasses, but was cringing at paying over $200 for something so easy to misplace. I knew from print and online ads that Warby Parky had some really cool designs that played off traditional, classic looks. While not cheap, Warby Parky glasses are sensibly priced and made well. They were moderately busy and yet I got prompt efficient help from a friendly staffer. It was a good experience.

The eye exam was quick and complete with additional "good to know" information shared. Also, the selection of eyewear is vast. Customer service you don't find in most places seems to be their standard.
- RZRita ZapataMar 7, 20265.0I had the best experience today ! I was able to make a same day appointment, which was a great start. When I arrived I was greeted and checked in immediately. About 5 minutes later I was brought to the back to begin my appointment. The exam was quick and the doctor explained throughly. Afterwards I was able to try on and pick out my new pair of glasses. The employee(I believe who's name was Loren) was beyond knowledgeable and went through my order with me step by step. He went the extra mile to go to the back to grab me the exact pair of glasses I wanted because they weren't out on display. He also brought out a pair that he thought I might like. I had no questions at the end because he went into such great detail. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a delight to chat with. I will be going back for all of my vision and eyewear needs. 10/10 would highly recommend.

If I had, I’d let them know I was parking the car in the mall lot that is always packed on weekends. This policy of 5 minutes late being the absolute maximum was not communicated beforehand when making the appointment. The staff did not even bother to try to book me for a future appointment. The two white female employees (sorry I didn’t catch their names) that “assisted” us were curt and dismissive. Being 5 minutes late was my fault but the attitude of the employees and the lack of any sort of notification is the reason I will not be shopping at this store. I have shopped at Warby Parker for 11 years. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
