My Consultant: Tyler (Manager) was The Best!
Tyler made sure I Clearly understood all that was going on with what I came in asking regarding my FEET. After being Diagnosed, and fitted into inserts and shoes, I could not do anything but CRY Happy Tears. No more Pain in my Lower Back, Knees or Feet Instantly. Unbelievable. Thank you again Tyler!

I was taken for a fool. I thought I was purchasing 1 pair of inserts and instead I was tricked into purchasing 3 pair of hard plastic inserts for $1900 that I don't have. I only wore 1 pair for about 45 minutes and my knees hurt so bad. I communicated with customer service and they stopped communicating with me. And their Skokie store is not handicapped accessible which made it very difficult for me to get to and from the parking area.

I am not sure where to start. The sales people and that is exactly what they are earn an extremely high commission for selling you their program / Orthotics. The sales people have no formal education or medical credentials yet if they are successful in selling you their product they earn a very good Commission. With commission being the motivating factor are you truly getting a product that is going to be beneficial to you from someone that could have been working at Foot Locker last week. If you look further into the company they are investigated for making claims that they cannot substantiate. Not to mention their training program is based I'm selling their product. If your car breaks down you go to a mechanic and if you have problems with your feet or back or anything that would lead you to an orthotic you go to a doctor. I would be very careful before I spend my $1,700 to $3,000 plus dollars of hard earned money.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet arch supports differ from typical inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief, unlike generic inserts or insoles.
Can arch supports help if I buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot discomfort is due to poor foot biomechanics rather than shoes. Good arch supports stabilize the foot, reducing pain from common foot-related problems.
