Can you provide in-home care to my loved one if they are in a senior living community?
Yes, we happily partner with the assisted living, independent living and memory care communities in the area. We can provide short-term one on one care or long-term one on one care to your loved one wherever they call home.
How do we get started with your services?

2. Schedule a free care consultation.
3. The purpose of the care consultation is to assess the safety of the home, learn about those receiving care (cognitively, socially, physically) so that we can match the right care professionals, and recommend a schedule that will meet your needs!
4.Once paperwork is completed, we can generally get started quickly, often times within 24 hours.
What if I want to discontinue services after starting?
We know that home care is a very personal decision. We are committed to delivering a positive experience for you and your loved one. In the event that we are not meeting your need or your needs have changed, you are not obligated to continue services for any amount of time. We simply require 24 hours notice to cancel.
How do I know when my loved one is ready for in-home care?
The best thing to do is call and speak with one of our advisors. Through a short phone call we can point you in the right direction. Here are some triggers to look for:
1. Are simple tasks becoming more difficult (laundry, dishes, meals, grocery shopping)?
2. Decline in appetite or loss of weight
3. Not driving, going out or socializing
Can I pay for services with insurance?
Due to the non medical nature of our services, health insurance will not pay for in-home care. However, we are able to accept long-term care insurance as a form of payment. Payment by long-term care insurance is something discussed during a free consultation.
