- VVVega_1111Jul 29, 20222.0Disappointed! The measurements of my prescription sunglasses were off to the point my vision was slightly blurry and I knew something wasn’t right. It even gave me a headache after wearing them on a 25 minute ride home. So I went back the following day to let them know and they used the Visionix Lens-Mapper which CONFIRMED the measurements were indeed off in both the left and right lens. Instead of saying I messed up on your measurements and I’ll make it right, I was told “it’s not off by much, I worked in a lab it should be fine.” After hearing several excuses and no accountability for making the mistake on the measurements I requested a refund. When it comes to people’s vision there’s no room for errors and if errors are made own it and make it right. I definitely won’t be going back there!
