However, the moment I moved on to selecting my glasses, everything went downhill. The associate who assisted me was not helpful at all. She didn’t provide any guidance, didn’t offer quotes for the frames I picked, and overall made the process frustrating and uncomfortable. There was zero effort to explain options or help me make an informed decision. Because of that, I left without the clarity or support you would expect from a place like LensCrafters. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the Old Orchard location. Terrible customer service on the retail side completely overshadowed what could have been a great visit.
