  Very unprofessional receptionist named Linda, answering calls. Obviously not trained and clueless on basic dental knowledge and resistant to asking about specific treatment and diagnosis tools that was in question. Dismissive giggles over the phone were improper and unacceptable from a supposed professional office. Update (in response to owner): I contacted this office as a prospective patient seeking care for myself. My professional background is irrelevant to that interaction. Instead of addressing the concern, the business chose to publicly post my personal information, including my phone number and address. That is a clear breach of privacy and highly unprofessional. My review stands based on my experience with the front desk. This response only further reflects the lack of professionalism I encountered.

  I had a really great experience at Dental Professionals in Old Orchard. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized everything was, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly/ welcoming and they made check-in/out quick and easy and answered any questions I had. The dental hygienist, Nina, was truly excellent. She was very thorough in the cleaning, but also gentle and considerate the entire time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Schwartz was just as impressive. He took his time explaining everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel rushed. Overall, the level of care and professionalism here really stands out. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

  The office is a well oiled machine. Dr. Schwartz is different. He listens. He coordinates care with a multidisciplinary approach. He is a sleep scientist. He’s funny. He’s patient. He’s also constantly aware of changes in his industry. I hope he’s stays practicing for a long time. I enjoy his company he’s very relatable .

  I had a great experience at Dental Professionals of Old Orchard. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Very gentle when taking X-rays. Everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to others
