I politely explained the situation and asked to be let inside so I could purchase the medicine, but they still said no — without any sympathy or willingness to help. When a child is sick in the middle of the night, you expect a pharmacy to offer help, not indifference. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. A place like this shouldn’t even exist in our city if it can’t fulfill its most basic purpose — helping people in urgent situations

Yesterday Tony's in bolingbrook walked out as only one person at counter. Marianos is best and will use them from now on. Other grocery stores need to learn from marianos.
