They’re fantastic. Stephanie specifically but their whole team is really nice and they really go out of their way to make sure you get the care you need. I’m so grateful to have them looking over my high risk pregnancy

I had a high risk pregnancy and had to come in for multiple ultrasounds. The staff often talked about me like I wasn’t in the room. When I asked for clarification on what they were saying, they’d respond with “oh we can’t tell you. Your doctor will explain.” I didn’t have much of a choice on where I could go for care. Wish I could have gone somewhere else.

The doctors are amazing, the staff are friendly, and I believe they are the reason I have a healthy 5 month old today. I was high risk my whole pregnancy and at 37 weeks I passed my NST but baby wasn’t moving as much so they checked on baby via ultrasound, found out baby had no fluid and was sent straight to the hospital to have my son. Most places just go off the NST but they took the extra step to make sure he was ok.

If you want an office that provides customer service and makes you feel as though you and your child are their priority, this is NOT your peds office! While the NP, Lindsay is awesome and the nurses are super sweet, the front desk staff are rude and condescending. The phones are rarely answered and if they are, it's after a 20 minute wait. They insist on appointments for shots, but then tell you it's on the nurses' schedule and they'll get to you when they're done with the more important patients (the ones on the doctor's schedule); an hour later, you're still waiting while everyone else is seen before you. Dr. Keller, while very nice, pushes formula on nursing moms, and PediaSure for kiddos who are low on the charts, despite steady gain. I would not recommend this office to anyone who wants to breastfeed or is opposed to pumping their children full of chemicals and sugar.
