I went in for consultation only and expressed tgis 3 times. When salesperson left me for a moment and then came from the back with items bagged and receipts to be signed, I recalled seeing online that customers could return items. But as I signed the salesperson let me know that the items were NOT returnable. These “personalized” inserts that were ready in under 5 minutes are priced MORE than what a friend paid for inserts from podiatrist.

Brandice was an amazing salesperson at our local Good Feet store. My husband has been in terrible foot pain for about 3 months. I suspected plantar facitis. His pain was affecting his posture and the way he walked as well. I had mentioned it to my chiropractor and he referred me to patient who had experienced the same. Immediately he said to go to the Good Feet store as it changed his life. We decided to try it. Brandice was very thorough and informative in evaluating his feet and his problem. We were amazed at the difference he experienced in the store with the inserts. He wasn't limping and he maintained balance. He experienced immediate relief. The recommendation was a Godsend and Brandice was an excellent salesperson. She was helpful, informative, and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
What makes Good Feet Arch Supports different from regular inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief, unlike typical inserts or insoles.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often the discomfort comes from the foot's biomechanics rather than the shoes. Good arch supports stabilize the foot and can alleviate pain from common foot problems.
Can I take my arch supports home on the same day I purchase them?
Yes, the store stocks a full inventory for ages 6 and up, so you can wear your new arch supports home the same day after fitting.
How can I get a free fitting for arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
Just stop by your local Good Feet Store without an appointment, or schedule one online if you prefer.
