This place is probably the worst place you can get Care. I didn’t wanna leave a review because I’m pregnant and I don’t want to deal with this negativity right now but after dealing with multiple situations, I’m absolutely over it. I’m going to preface this by saying that I had a situation at the doctors office where I was not seen for over two hours, and Anita Iyer (she’s a great doctor. She should probably have her own practice at this point.) she was able to resolve the situation and really listen to me and help me throughout this pregnancy. The problem is that I’ve been with other providers at this office that are absolutely rude and inconsiderate, and because I have a background in healthcare I know exactly what they’re doing wrong and when I advocate for myself, they are absolutely rude and they don’t know what they’re doing at all. I had an appointment with Dr hui - where I had come in after getting the stomach bug at the ER and the ER said I have to go to my OB so they can retest my urine to confirm if I still have the infection. I had also come in during that appointment to review my prenatals, because I am having a twin pregnancy and at my twin appointment they told me that they cannot tell me what prenatals I need to take because they need to do blood results first. Now, at this appointment, she was condescending. She was rude and if I could talk about bedside manner, it was absolutely ridiculous. I left that office canceling all of my appointments and found a different office even though I have a high risk appointment. Their next appointment was a month and a half out, but it was better than going back here and she never clarified what prenatals I should be taking and any of my questions. Now fast-forward three weeks later, the new office couldn’t take me because they have to establish a new patient appointment, and they told me if you’re having an emergency go back to your last OB/GYN temporarily before you go to the ER. I was dealing with severe migraines, I had fell unconscious and something was definitely wrong. Incoming Dr. khan- this is where I had an appointment with her, where she was also really rude, and I was told that as a woman who is pregnant, I’m supposed to be dealing with these symptoms. Afterwards, we found out the next day from my blood test results that everything is either low or extremely high so quest had put red flags over all of my blood test results. Concurrently I also woke up feeling even worse so I called her office trying to see if there was any remedy before having to go to the ER again and they’re like the doctor is off. They cannot do anything. The first receptionist spoke to she told me that they can see all the results, and then the second receptionist told me that they didn’t get the results yet and because the providers are off there’s nothing I can do if it gets really worse then I just have to suck it up. As a patient, it’s really important to advocate for your rights. You should not be rushed during your appointments, people should not be asking you about your results in the middle of hallways, or in the middle of the waiting room. You should not be waiting over two hours when you’re there on time or early for your appointment you shouldn’t be getting providers that are absolutely rude. And I’ve never met an OB/GYN where when you have questions regarding your pregnancy doesn’t matter if it’s your first second or third they should sit and let you speak and listen to what you’re saying. I don’t care where you got board certified from. I don’t care where your degree is, you need to actually listen to what the patient is saying and be kind. I saw the reviews, it’s my fault for making an appointment at this practice. I had moved to the area and I will never make that mistake again. I’m pretty sure there’s probably one or two good providers here, it’s a shame that other providers are being absolutely rude and ridiculous and they’re hiring absolutely rude staff that pick up the phone and speak to you ridiculously. This situation makes my blood boil - please beware

I recently delivered my baby girl at Saint Alexius Hoffman States with Dr Papa Delacruz and had a wonderful experience. Dr Papa Delacruz and the entire team were caring, attentive, and reassuring throughout my delivery and postpartum care. They explained everything clearly, made me feel safe, and truly supported me as a new mom. Also, I had a great experience in my entire pregnancy with Dr Anita Iyer, Dr Cecilia Chui and Dr Huiwen Liu. I’m grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and excellent care we received. Highly recommend!

I had a follow up visit today for a miscarriage. I waited in the room for 30 minuets for Huiwen Liu, MD. When the MA realized I hadn’t been seen she informed Dr. Liu who then proceeded to come to the waiting room to tell me by ultrasound looked ok and ask if I had anymore bleeding….while other patients were in the waiting room. I fully expected compassionate care and a thorough follow up, I had questions and concerns I was hoping could be addressed. This was completely unacceptable and I truly hope no one else gets this type of care.

If I can give it zero stars, I would. This place is run poorly and has many rude employees (odessa) that simply do not care. This is my second and last horrible experience here. The front desk yells at patients! I Spoke to the practice administrator named Becky, who was very curt, rude and couldn’t care less about any patient or their need for care. This is a very inefficient facility with no regard to a patient’s needs or empathy for the patient, The Management needs to change to caring, empathetic people who are what Healthcare is supposed to be about. Steer clear.

Dr. Harvey has been my doctor for years. I can say she has been attentive to all my concerns and gives great advice.
