  Rating is limited only to a phone experience I had with a nurse. I called to get more information about something that was unclear to me, and she couldn't have talked faster, been more curt, or hung up faster. I'm less likely now to get the care I need.

  Absolutely terrible front desk service. My wife is pregnant and has been trying to reach someone for help, yet nobody answers the phone. For a medical office that deals with expecting mothers, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Pregnancy can be stressful enough, and the last thing patients should deal with is being completely ignored by the people who are supposed to help them. The front desk staff seem either unwilling or incapable of doing the most basic part of their job—answering the phone and assisting patients. If this is how patients are treated when they need help, it raises serious concerns about the professionalism and management of this office. Expecting mothers deserve better care and communication than this.......
