During our visit, staff were unable to draw blood from my young child after multiple attempts, causing stress and discomfort. Additionally, the nurse came from another room wearing the same gloves and repeatedly touched her bleeding arm without changing them. This is a serious hygiene violation and puts patients at risk. Never come to here with children!

You cannot call if you have a question. All automated. I had to drive there and check in even though I was only picking up a kit. First person I encounter was rude and unwilling to answer my question.

Elana was great! She made the whole experience really easy and not stressful at all. She was very gentle, kind, and explained everything so I felt comfortable. The blood draw was quick and barely hurt. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I’m very happy with her and would definitely recommend her!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest location. I walked in and the lobby was empty, but they refused to see me because I didn’t have an appointment. I understand that appointments are preferred, but sometimes that’s not always possible. Even after signing in on the tablet for walk-ins, they still refused to take me. It didn’t make sense, especially since the lobby was empty. The biggest issue was the attitude. It felt like I was asking for a favor or charity just for asking if they could take me. A little understanding and kindness would have gone a long way. If you plan to come here, make sure you have an appointment because it seems like walk-ins are clearly not welcome.
