He gave me a line that he is trained and comfortable in adjusting warby parker glasses only. Never I have heard that from any other optometrist. Seems like either he was being lazy or truly not experienced.

The associate told me I had to then get my eyes dilated to continue the appointment. And there was no other option. I was not in a position to get dilated so I had to do the retinal exam and pay separately. After investigating this was not true. Careful as this is a typical upsell tactic here. Very disappointed with the gal that worked with us as she seemed trustworthy but proved otherwise.
