When I asked the associate, what are your hours of operation on what days he was telling me that I should give him a date and time and see if that works, which doesn’t answer my question because obviously the dates and times that I stated were days the office was closed. When I called back to cancel my appointment because I decided to go with another Pearle vision because their customer service was so much better. The woman ended up hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence. I did not call to complain. I simply called to cancel my appointment. She asked me if there’s anything else I said no and after I said no, and I was going to leave a thank you she hung up the phone. I am highly dissatisfied and so glad that I went to the Barrington location as they were a lot more friendly over the phone.

There was a wide variety of frames to choose from and Jennifer was helpful with her recommendations! The doctor was witty and professional. The gentleman who performed our pre-exam tests was also lovely. We are waiting on our glasses and contacts to be ready for pickup and I'm sure we'll be very happy with the results!
