We did some online searching and found Brent in the area. He was so patient, took his time and was very thorough with my mom. He reviewed her hearing test and explained everything so she was able to understand. He set up her new hearing aids and updated her Bluetooth to accommodate the new aids properly all the while explaining every detail. We could not be happier with the service we received by both Brent and his office manager Stephanie. We would recommend this location to anyone seeking hearing aids.

She set up a visit with Brent and his Office Manager, Stephanie. My sister attended the appointment in Brent’s office in Schaumburg. They were both so pleased and impressed with Brent & Stephanie’s patience and quality of care. I’ve never heard such positive feedback - I am so happy. We highly recommend this Miracle Office to everyone in the area.

I love my new ones I got this spring, best yet! Sometimes have a problem with the app, but there is usually a way around it. I love being able to stream the telephone and TV right into my ears! I definitely recommend them!
