  I agree with Jackie Orlowski. The pharmacists, especially Ted, Theresa, Byron and other employees (Karen at pharmacy checkout) are superb! Thank for for always being pleasant and helpful! You all work so hard and still take the time to answer customers' questions . Have had my prescriptions filled here over the past 26 years.

  Excellent 24 hour pharmacy. The pharmacists answer the phone! No leaving a message on vm. Prescriptions are filled quickly. I highly recommend

  The Jewel Osco Pharmacy. "You can transfer in any prescription you like, but you can never leave." I requested pharmacy transfer to a different pharmacy. Jewel Osco said they had no ability to act on the request, and I cannot myself request the transfer, despite the fact the requesting pharmacy already sent in their request the day prior. A poor patient experience.

  This review is explicitly for the pharmacy at the Schaumburg Osco at Roselle & Wise!! I have never dealt with friendlier pharmacists than Ted & Biron!! Honestly, they both have always been so kind, patient, & empathetic with me. I take some medications that get some pretty intense/heavy scrutiny and they have never ever made me feel 'less than' or judged in any type of way due to my major medical setbacks in life. I just left a HORRIBLE Google review for the lead pharmacist named Steve at the Roscoe & Western Osco location. He was easily the worst & most judgmental pharmacist I've ever dealt with. I just wanted to counter that horrible review with a more favorable one for the pharmacists at this particular Osco location. Not all pharmacists provide quality customer service/patient care and embrace the true essence of what it means to be an outstanding pharmacist, but I give major props to Ted, Byron, & one other pharmacist at this location. I'm so sorry I can't remember the other guy's name, but I have only dealt with him once or twice. I think it might be Alex, but please don't quote me. At any rate - this pharmacy doesn't dehumanize chronic pain patients & I completely & utterly appreciate that so much! Keep up the fantastic work, guys, & thanks for reminding me that all hope isn't lost with the U.S. healthcare system 👏🙌🤝

  Digital coupons never work. Customer Service desk people are incredibly rude. Drive a little further and go to Tony's or Caputos.
