A few years ago, one of my nose pads fell off. I considered messing around with the screw and trying to replace it, but I went here. I was ready to pay for the repair, but it was complimentary. Just another person that’s in optical now giving a shout out. Thank you to whoever helped me out! Very kind and professional people!

The For Eyes team at Schaumburg Illinois were amazing, helpful, friendly, very knowledgable about products and service. Fillippa the manager super wonderful and saved me time and lots of money getting my contacts and my wife’s contacts and glasses. Superior eye care, be sure to come here and Trust them. I don’t normally write reviews but this was outstanding service and deserves the credit. Well done Fillippa!

Philippa is the reason we go to this location. The Dr is amazing and listens to all our concerns and is very knowledgeable. But Philippa really goes the extra mile when you finish up your visit. She is dedicated to helping customers get the best glasses and contacts for their lifestyle. She also helped us find the absolute best deal that worked with our insurance and budgets. We even call to make sure she'll be there when we come in to pick up our glasses for our fitting.
The Dr. Is terrific, she is great, but her staff Nina, completely disrespectful.
I called twice saying I was running late , kept going to voicemail.
I came in 15 minutes late apologising, even offering to reschedule & I mentioned it twice that I can reschedule, they kept saying that I have to talk to the manager, geez from the looks of it it seemed that they were also not wanting to deal with her.
Then here is Nina, sitting at her desk, completely ignores me as I was talking to her, and goes right past me with an upset face. Who wants customer service like that!!!
From the very beginning when I chose this place she had a terrible attitude over the phone, kept interrupting and I never wrote a review about it, but then to do it right to my face is terrible customer service.
The other lady behind the desk, saying she could does not deal with appointments, then when I had to reschedule my son’s appointment how come she was able to get into the computer???
I also work in a business industry, I do not treat my customers like that. Shame on them! Time to move on from here.

I had a horrible experience at this location.
This is not the first time I’ve ordered contact lenses here. In the past, they always said my prescription was “too high,” but my lenses were delivered within two weeks. So I know that excuse is not true.
This time, I waited almost two months before finally receiving my contact lenses today.
I went to the store and called many times. Every time, they told me they would call me back, but they never did.
I tried THREE times to place my order, and each time I was given excuses like:
“We don’t have your information,” “You don’t have insurance benefits,” “Come back tomorrow,” or “Come back on Monday.”
This was not true. I had all my EyeMed insurance information on my phone and gave them my member number, but they still refused to help me.
One employee even kept telling me to go to Costco, even though I had insurance and wanted to use it here.
I made it very clear that I urgently needed my contact lenses, but no one seemed to care.
The only person who truly helped me was the manager. She was very kind and professional, and I appreciate her effort.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was unhelpful, disorganized, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional.
This experience was stressful and disappointing.
