While they did send my prescription by fax, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. When I politely asked if the prescription could be sent right away, the response I received was “We’ll see.” When I mentioned that the response didn’t feel appropriate, the representative laughed and hung up on me. Even though the prescription was eventually sent, the tone, attitude, and lack of respect shown to a customer is completely unacceptable. Customer service should be professional, especially in a healthcare-related business. I was considering scheduling another eye exam, but after this interaction, I will never return. I will also not recommend this location to friends or family. Very disappointing experience.
