I've been calling to cancel my appointment multiple times this last month and never got a return phone call. I just went there for the appointment I wanted to cancel and this rude lady is there telling me that they don't typically call back and confirm cancelled appointments. They just know. Excuse me? What? How does that make any sense at all? How am I supposed to know the cancellation was accepted and I won't be charged for the cancellation!? This lady was rude every other time I went there too and when I first became a patient. She has NO business working with the public! Horrible person! I will NOT be coming here again!
